Gail M. Blasie is admitted to practice law in New York and California State Courts and before the Federal District Courts in New York. Whether it be appellate work, motion practice or the drafting of pleadings, she is known for her attention to detail, thoroughness, reliability and intelligence. She has achieved significant results for the individuals and attorneys who have employed her services.
Gail M. Blasie graduated Order of the Coif from the University of California, Davis School of Law, in 2000, and graduated from Sonoma State University With Distinction in 1989. She received the American Jurisprudence Award for the top grade in her Torts and Property classes.
Prior to graduating from law school, Gail M. Blasie was a court reporter for almost a decade, and then worked in the non-profit domestic violence arena as a coordinator of a domestic violence legal services program, a community organizer for a local domestic violence non-profit organization, and a lobbyist for a statewide alliance against domestic violence..
In addition to running her own practice, Gail M. Blasie has been an active member in the Suffolk County Bar Association, serving as an officer of the Suffolk Academy of Law and Co-Chair of the Suffolk Corporations and Commercial Law Committee. She has coordinated numerous continuing legal education classes for the Suffolk Academy of Law regarding corporate dissolutions, piercing the corporate veil, legal research and writing, and basic probate and administration matters.
